Checklist

This checklist highlights some of the pre-delivery tasks:

Return signed sales documents and deposit to Zamboni

For options such as Level-Ice and Zamboni Connect (setup instructions), or if your facility is making the switch from fuel to electric, there are additional requirements that your Sales team will share with you to make sure your facility is properly prepared to support those products

Share a link to the Owners Area with your team so they can familiarize themselves with the location of important operations and safety information

Sign up for the Customer Newsletter which is delivered six times a year and has product updates and links to new content which will be important to share with your team

Use paint layout and paint chart to select paint colors and communicate those to Zamboni

In advance of the delivery of your machine, download and share the Machine Delivery document (electric or fuel) with anyone on your team that will be planning for and participating in the machine delivery

If you plan to have vinyl wrap on your machine, see our machine line drawings to share with your service provider before the development / install

Owners Area

If your team is not already familiar with the Owners Area, point them in the direction of the materials that will assist with the safe operation, maintenance and long life of your new equipment.

Prior to the delivery of the machine, you should instruct your team to:

View the Ice Resurfacer Operation video
Review your machine model’s Operating Instructions in the Owners Area
Review the Operating Instructions for any optional equipment such as FastICE, Level-Ice, Connect, the Blade Change Assistant or Blade Hooks and a number of other items which are available in the Owners Area

Make sure to locate the videos that will assist your team with the proper operation and maintenance of your new equipment.
