To Our Valued Customers,

The evolving COVID-19 crisis has resulted in additional closures, following updated guidance from local governments. While this impacts our ability to conduct business as usual, we appreciate your understanding of our need to comply with all local orders issued by the authorities.

Our facilities in Brantford, ON, Canada and Osterfarnebo, Sweden remain open for business. Many of our Zamboni Authorized Distributors remain open for business. Our corporate locations’ teams will continue operating remotely, however we will be unable to ship orders for parts from the facilities which are temporarily closed. If you have a local Zamboni Authorized Distributor, we encourage you to reach out to them with your need for parts and service. Our Paramount facility phones will continue to be answered remotely between 7:00 am and 3:30 pm (local time) and our Quebec facility phones will be answered between 8:00 am and 4:30 pm (local time) daily. At this moment, the Brantford/Canada and Osterfarnebo/Swedish business unit hours of operation are unchanged.

We will be planning the efficient return to production of machines and support of parts orders as soon as we are allowed to do so. We will use our social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram) and our customer email database to share information as we expect that there will be additional modifications to the current situation.
